Refund policy

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. 

To initiate a return, email support@vexoara.com with your order number and reason. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

Return Process:

  • Contact us to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Ship the item to: 3512 Neiman Rd, Plano, TX 75025, United States (RA required on package).
  • Once received, we inspect the item. If approved, we will refund your original payment within 7 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will be notified by email when the refund is processed. We also offer exchanges; email support@vexoara.com to arrange.

Exclusions & Fees:
